We personally take care of the transformation of the products of our land, from fresh to seasonal vegetables and vegetables, with the use of natural preservatives such as integral salt, lemon juice, vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.

The processes are carried out in the total absence of synthetic chemicals of any type: NO additives, NO preservatives, NO dyes and are free from Genetically Modified Organisms: NO GMOs, so often the aesthetic appearance is not like a product that is in the markets, indeed a possible 'defect' conveys the naturalness and genuineness of the product.
